5/5 Fabulous location right across from the wharf . Neighborhood pool was a plus . Loved the back patio and the door to it from the master bedroom. Plenty of space & tvs in every room

Nice house, great location!
4/5 Property was very clean (except for the windows and the oven). Furniture was nice, beds were comfy and bedding was nice. Lots of closet space! Kitchen cooking items a little sparse, so we bought some things and left them behind. Having a laundry was great! We had two kitties with us so having a fully fenced back yard (solid wood, to the ground, no gaps) was priceless. Kitties hung out there for hours every day. Only complaints: there was no vacuum (only a broom) and my request for one went unanswered. The windows were very dirty and barely functioned. The 2nd bedroom window could not be locked. And, our sole contact for the property never answered us once. We emailed at least 6 times with questions or requests and he never replied. Location is great! Quiet neighborhood with mix of retired and working folks, very friendly neighbors. Would definitely go back to this neighborhood. It’s close to many businesses but is back off the busy road with trees between, so very quiet. Just a short drive to the high school sports center, where we could park our car and then walk or ride bike on the state park trails.

Spacious clean house easy drive to the beach
5/5 The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room. Great location within easy drive to orange beach and gulf shores attractions. The only complaint we had was the beds were soft with little support and pretty noisy.
