  Our family had such a great time at Orange Beach and this condo was amazing. The unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was nice and updated, we cooked daily in the unit. The pool was great, we spent more time at the indoor pool because the weather wasn't top notch but we still found time to go to the beach everyday. Everyone is so nice at the condo and in town, plenty of great placed to eat. I can't say enough good things about the trip, simply it was perfect! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

  Our trip was End of Summer, but this condo should be listed as End of Life! It had that musty, been closed up for a long time, smell! The patio furniture was very uncomfortable. The linens were thin & scratchy like something you would expect from a cheap motel. The rug in the living room was filthy & needed to be thrown out! The items in the laundry room meant for beach use were rusted, rotten, & full of sand like they had just been thrown in there & never looked at again by anyone. On a positive note, the appliances were nice & new & VERY large. Spending time in the kitchen is just not my thing when I'm on vacation. As for the Tidewater complex as a whole, I hope they will take some time in the off season to do some cleaning & fixing up. Many of the tiles were missing around the pool. The furniture at the pool area was ugly & very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.

  -We hope you were able to experience the care we've put into the recent upgrades in the kitchen, master bathroom, and living room
  -The rug in the living room has been recently cleaned, however, we have decided to replace it
  -We do our best to rinse the beach chairs between each use and have inspected them after your stay for signs of wear
  -While individual preferences vary, we have chosen high-quality commercial linens that will withstand laundering and sanitization between guests while still being soft
  -We've passed on your feedback regarding the communal pool to our complex for further consideration
  We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for. We hope to host you again soon!

• Overdue getaway to a favorite place!

  Wonderful condo with excellent communication from owners. Kitchen was fully stocked(much appreciated) along with every other detail well tended. Very clean and nicely decorated unit. Check in was the easiest method ever. The Tidewater complex was a wonderful small/mid size to enjoy instead of the larger complexes. We would definitely return to this unit as the owners have created such a wonderful experience for guests of all ages.

• Condo was great!!

  We had a great time. The Tidewater condo is sandwiched between two very tall buildings. You are on it before you realize it. With heavy traffic it can be very difficult pulling in. Needs better signage from the road.
