Week Vacation
5/5 The house was beautiful and perfect for our family and friends! The kids loved the gaming system and we loved the distance to the beach and other attractions. We can't wait to come visit again and hopefully have the place again!

Spacious and Clean
5/5 Overall stay was great. The place was clean and spacious. Cookware was great most rentals have cheap cookware but this one was stocked and durable. Beds galore. My only concern was the mold smell issue in the stairway coming into the unit but you don’t smell it once in the unit, just a note for those cause it was a hit in the face for us but not a deal breaker.
Good house from large groups
3/5 The house was a nice size and there was plenty of parking. The tile floors are busted up, sand in every bed, and they say check out is at 10am but the cleaning lady showed up and ran us out at 9:15am.

Hi Kristina, we hope you enjoyed your stay overall, but we're sorry certain aspects fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- There are some cracked tiles in the kitchen, but the cracks are only cosmetic and on the surface. We have not replaced them yet since the tile is not broken through or chipping off.
- I have been working with a professional cleaning company for many years, and they do a thorough job of preparing the home for guests.
- I'm sorry that the cleaners arrived early. If they arrive before guests have departed, they sit in their car outside and wait for the guests to leave. They do not enter the home or announce themselves.
