  We enjoyed the property and it’s location. We choose this location so we can visit family in Grand Bay and still be able to do other things like visit Dauphin Island. The propert was very roomy, easy to find and took care of all of our needs. The boys loved the hidden room and my wife appreciated the quite neighborhood.

  Communication was good with the contact when I brought up a problem. The house was a good size, but there were numerous things at the house that could be improved to make the stay much nicer and worth the cost. The yard needed tending, there was an issue with water standing on the concrete at the front door, a lot of improvements done to the house were done carelessly which with some attention to detail could greatly improve the overall look of the interior. A lot of the furniture wasn't in ideal shape (master bed didn't feel very sturdy, had broken pieces, and the mattress was uncomfortable; bedside table was missing a handle and the corners were tore up; living room couch had a broken leg and was supported by a block of wood; kitchen bar stools were unsteady and stained), there were no extra trash bags, living room lamp had no bulb and wasn't plugged in, the washing machine had a mildew smell, master bath shower had a sulfur odor, refrigerator wasn't very clean, as well as the kitchen missing some extras that would be helpful (a toaster, pizza cutter, and more than one knife) among other things. But the neighborhood was quiet and the size of the house was nice. Some simple improvements and attention to detail would make all the difference.
