  Nice little place to stay. Parking was very easy and convenient. Accommodations on the property we nice heated pool very close to the beach could use a few more BBQ grills and the elevator is the quickest I’ve ever seen. The condo was clean and just as the pictures appear minus a few photos they left off the west side of the patio was blocked by the neighboring condo so the only view is directly out and to the east just a slight let down. King bedroom on the beach side has very little closet space and the bathroom is very cramped. The living room seating was dated and uncomfortable for more than 4 people. However those are minor negative details overall really nice place to stay close to everything without feeling overwhelmed with traffic. Would definitely stay again for the price.

• Great view, but communication poor

  Positives: great location and wonderful views. Comfortable. Negatives: “contact” person did not respond to phone message or text, had to call property management company who really didn’t respond to issues except to provide wifi password. There was absolutely no follow up on their part. There were no beach towels as promised, a couple of broken beach chairs in storage closet, sand all over the floors upon arrival, at least 6 light bulbs out, tv remotes not working, locked wifi, slow drain in bathroom, etc. I had to go buy beach towels ( I was told that they must have been stolen), I went and bought batteries for remote, and my husband fixed a loose toilet seat. There is no attention to details and no customer service. If you have problems, you are on your own. I have used Vrbo many times and have always had good communication with the owners. I still can’t believe that there was never a follow up call. With so many other places available to rent, I will go elsewhere on our next visit to Gulf Shores.

  - I have an onsite comprehensive guest book that provides the wifi password, along with other pertinent information
  - I keep additional supplies on hand inside the condo. Had I heard about your needs, they certainly would have been addressed during your stay
  - Unfortunately, beach towels tend to go missing frequently, so my sincere apologies that they weren't available during your stay
  I truly go above and beyond for my guests and I'm confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  Perfect layout for my family. Beach was quiet. Waves were perfect. Balcony was spotless! No cobwebs or insects at all!! Very clean condo.

• Gulf Shores beauty

  After a long drive from up north we made it to beautiful Gulf Shores. Nervous and excited to see our condo. The condo was absolutely amazing n beautiful. We were so happy with it. We each had our own rooms. Our own bathrooms. So perfect. The view of balcony was amazing also. The entire building was very neat and clean. The lobby was spotless. We could not have asked for a better place. The only thing we noticed were two lamps in living room would not work, but other than that…awesome! The pool was beautiful and clean. The staff were out early moving chairs around and organizing the area. We were very pleased! A++
