Beautiful villa in a great area!
5/5 My family (8) and I stayed here for a few days and enjoyed it. Everything was clean and it looked modern but still had that nice beach house vibe. It's close to the beach and everything is nearby. We really enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of stairs which weren't a problem for us, but keep that in mind. Would stay here again!

Nice, but……
3/5 The place was nicely decorated and a great location within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the beach. (Not directly on the beach) My family enjoyed walking. There were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils to make cooking during our stay effortless. The pool is small but my teenagers still enjoyed it. The house was not very clean upon arrival. Crumbs and finger smudges on counters and fridge. There was hair stuck to one of the beds. Fruit flys (nats) were really bad (this may just be a result of location or something). Everything was really dusty and the floors were not very clean. The trash bins outside were completely full but after following up with the house contact and talking to the neighbor, we were able to understand the process around getting them emptied. The mattresses are VERY firm and uncomfortable (in my opinion). Parking is tight if you have more than one vehicle. There are a lot of stairs so make sure that's not an issue for your family.
