5/5 Big PRO: Walking distance to all the fun but not so close as to be disturbed by all the noise from the Hangout. BIG CoN: needs blackout curtain in the master bedroom-stair floodlight makes it look 9am all night long.

Plus and minus
5/5 Room perfect for us. Loved seeing the Beach from our balcony. Not to high up. Beautiful clean sand and clear water! Not crowded. Room very clean. Could use more hangers, had 6-8. Small livingroom tv placed in front of the big windows with no curtains to pull shut or blinds to close to make seeing the screen of tv possible. No where to store beach stuff when done at the beach other than bringing them in the room. No bathroom on floor level of condo, had to go up 6 levels to use bathroom just to come back down back to the beach every time, but main concern was on dead bolt lock or any lock on the door from the inside. House cleaning used door code and walked right in the door with us on the couch, apologies of course but was paranoid the rest of our stay of someone able to just walk in. Was told a doorbell camera is installed but for who? No benefit for us inside.. Not even a peep hole to see if someone knocked on our door.
