BAD EXPERIENCE
1/5 The condo was not clean at all. We had to sweep the floor before we could walk, the dishes in the drawer was dirty. There was hair all over the sheets, pillows in the closet had stains and hair all over them, the mirrors and the sliding door was really dirty with hand prints all over them. The sofa bed was dirty and there was no blanket for the sofa and contacted them three times and they still did not bring a blanket for the sofa.

- You contacted our cleaner at 10 pm to inquire about the blanket and they advised you they would bring the blanket to you. We wish you had addressed the cleanliness concerns as well to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issues immediately.

5/5 We would stay here again. A little smaller than we thought it would be from looking at pictures, but still adequate for 4 people and nicely decorated. Grounds were nicely kept, pool eas nice, big and clean. Check- in and check-out went smoothly. Overall a nice place to stay!

A gem in the rough
4/5 We had a great experience with the entire process. The only thing I didn’t like is the condo we stayed in was not really cleaned. It had all the things that were listed in the ad, but needed a good cleaning. The floors were so dirty (turned our feet black), the sliders in the bedroom could barely open due to the dirt and debris, the headboard to the bed clanked against the mirror wall at the slightest movement, and the dust on the refrigerator, bathroom fan, and towel bars made it feel like the condo hadn’t been “cleaned” just stocked with the necessities for the next renter. Chipped or missing paint on the walls by the sliders was substantially noticeable too. The pull out bed was not comfortable - like it might be ready to be replaced - as you sank through it. I had to clean out the lint from the dryer drum as it wouldn’t dry the towels. We had to use the vacuum to suck up piles of dirt from previous renters because of no dust pan. We loved the view, location to the Gulf, the patio furniture was so comfortable, the kitchen accessories made our experience even better - we found that we ate in the condo most of the time. The pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and bay were enjoyed by everyone.
