• This house was Disgusting!

  This house was a nightmare! It stunk like fish upon arrival, the furniture was dirty and old, there was blood on the blankets (which means they weren’t washed) and Best of all it had BED BUGS! We had to sleep in the car with our infant, two toddlers and a seven year old plus two elderly people!!! Then they didn’t want to refund us or house us anywhere else because (You guessed it) of the bed bugs! Save your money and DO NOT waste it on this house !!!! The house is not worth the money we paid ! Luckily we caught the bed bugs before we got out things in and went to bed! Don’t stay here guys Waste of money !

  Home was nice and cute community close to the beach. I only wish there was a hot tub in pool area for an option when gulf and pools are way to cold to enjoy.

  We loved the house. Close to the beach and walked from house to ocean to pool. House was equipped with everything cooking. Great stay….

  The bedroom off to the left had dirty sheets. That bathroom had a used wash cloth in the sink with open used soaps on the sink. Urine in a toilet in a different bathroom. A man showed up at the front door around 930 pm the 1st night we was there. He said he was the cleaning service and had been on vacation and he was not sure if the house had been cleaned. So there for we have no idea just how clean it really was. Only booked with evolve because of a credit from 2020 that was refused to be given back due to covid. They would not let us come to the house at that time. I will never use evolve again. The area where the house is located and quite. Very close to the ocean.

  No cable tv

  Main tv in living area not hooked up to prime.

  Low supply of towels and toilet paper.

  Low supply of kitchen utensils.

  Grill was almost not-usable.

  Back door lock is coming apart.

  Location not described well.

  Kitchen lighting not sufficient

  This place has a lot of potential but needs some help

  Hi Dan, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and we wanted to share the following:
  - The owner apologizes for any issues you experienced with the tv and cable. Unfortunately, previous guests rearranged the setup for the tv and cable to fit their needs and didn't put it back. The owner confirmed the tv and cable are working properly.
  - We wish you would have reached out to the guest contact during your stay. They would have been more than happy to bring over more supplies and kitchen utensils, as well as look at the grill and back lock to make your stay most comfortable.
  - The listing description includes a map so that guests can see the approximate location of the home before booking.
