River trip
5/5 Nice place just across from Kenai public access State of Alaska canceled King Fishing in most areas but was a nice place to stay order we could have fished the river
Not ready for Rent
1/5 We showed up to the property about around 6:00PM on November 7, 2022. When we arrived, we walked in looked around and at first glance it looked amazing. As we went through the house we started to realize that this place is NOT rent ready. There is a slider in the living room that goes out to nothing. It was locked, but there is no deck to walk out on and if for some reason the lock on that door failed, it is a long drop to the bottom. We were traveling on business and one of the most important features of any place you stay is Wi-Fi. We could not find any Wi-Fi, and when I reach out to Brittany at the number listed on the check in instructions regarding Wi-Fi, there was no call back. It was not until a day later that I received a text from her stating that there was a mix up in the contact information and she is the cleaner for VRBO and stated there was no Wi-Fi. The night of check in I tried to reach out to VRBO and they told me that I had to go through evolve. I called evolve and they told me I had to go through VRBO. No one had any answers. Juan with VRBO told me that it stated in the listing that there is no Wi-Fi, and I said I see that now way down in the description. The other thing it says the property has is 2 smart TV's. As everyone knows in order to operate a smart tv you need Wi-Fi. So in this case it is rather misleading. We ended up not even staying at the property and had to drive into Kenai to stay at the Quality Inn. What should have been a nice trip with a great place to stay, ended up being a trip to a Motel. I have requested to get our money back but have been met with resistance so we are going to have to take further action. The place also has 1 bathroom upstairs in the master, and the other is in the freezing garage which is not ideal. We want our money back and need to discuss further. If you are looking to stay at this property, please beware that you will have no TV, no Wi-Fi, and be staying in a property that is not rent ready.

Simple, yet close to public access
4/5 this place was perfect for what we needed. Would be an awesome place during peak fishing season. right next to really good river access. Its brand new, and we found a few things that still needed to be finished, but everything was great. Thanks
