Not a safe area
1/5 There were gun shots 2 nights. There was no soap, not enough towels, no additional bedding for the futon, kitchen is poorly stocked, no toaster, stove element didn't work, we tried to contact management to get out of this unsafe home with no avail.

Hi Linda, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests is at the forefront of our mission. After going over your feedback with the homeowners, they'd like to clarify the following:
- This is a very safe and family-friendly neighborhood. It is common for people to shoot off fireworks in the park and greenbelt close by, which could have been the noise you heard during your stay.
- Our local Guest Contact information is included in the pre-stay email sent before your arrival and the Welcome Book at the home. We wish you would've reached out to the Guest Contact with any of your concerns; they would've been happy to help address any issues for a most comfortable stay.
- The Guest Contact lays out towels on the beds for all guests, so seven sets of towels were left out for your visit. Extra towels are left in the upstairs bathroom/laundry room cabinets above the washer and dryer. Additionally, guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer to clean towels if needed.
- The bedding for the futon is located in the closet right by the futon.
- While there is not a toaster provided, the kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and items for guests to be able to cook a meal at the home.
- It could be possible that one of the four burners on the stovetop is not working; we will check this and fix it if necessary.
- While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. We were disappointed to hear about the condition the home was left in. It took additional cleaning to get the property cleaned and prepared for the next guests.
The owners have worked hard to prepare this home for guests, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!
