CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 79315
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Ensure back door is locked. In order to lock the backdoor, you must first turn the handle upward, to approximately the 11 o'clock position. Then turn the deadbolt to the lock position. Further instructions will be provided in the welcome book
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please set both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats to 62 degrees
- Close and lock all windows and doors at night and before check-out
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
