Location perfection
5/5 We loved this rental as our home base for our ~week visiting AK for Rondy and Iditarod activities. Fabulous view, warm and cozy in the winter, and so easy to walk up to downtown for dining and festivities without worrying about parking. And free laundry was amazing after a day at Alyeska! I grew up in Anchorage and am looking forward to staying here again in the summertime.

5/5 Had a wonderful stay. The property is located in a quiet location in downtown Anchorage with a view over the inlet. The unit was clean, warm and comfortable. Had an issue with the internet and it was addressed immediately by the owner who was readily available. Easy walk to the heart of Anchorage for work and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when back in Alaska.

5/5 The property/apt. was perfect for us. The hosts were helpful. I was not happy with all the added fees from Evolve and vbro. We ended up spending MUCH more than the original cost for the actual stay.

Location, Location, Location
5/5 What a fabulous location for this unit within walking distance to many downtown eateries, bike rentals, and 5 minutes from the Airport. Awesome views from the deck overlooking the coastal inlet. The unit was clean, plenty of room with the main living room and kitchen dividing the main bedroom and bonus flex room. It was a nice bonus having on-site laundry in the unit! Definitely recommend this unit!
